A resposta est\u00e1 nas propriedades do material\u00a0<strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:9\">janela de processamento<\/strong>: at\u00e9 que ponto os par\u00e2metros do processo podem variar antes de a pe\u00e7a come\u00e7ar a apresentar defeitos. Estes dois valores diferem por raz\u00f5es f\u00edsicas explicadas mais adiante neste artigo.<\/p>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:15\">Uma janela de processamento \u00e9 um conceito ao n\u00edvel do sistema. Para al\u00e9m da temperatura, abrange a press\u00e3o de inje\u00e7\u00e3o, a velocidade de inje\u00e7\u00e3o, o tempo de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e a fase de arrefecimento. Nunca aplique os valores diretamente.<\/p>\n<h2 data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:100\">3. Temperatura de fus\u00e3o vs. temperatura do molde: dois controlos distintos<\/h2>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:101\">Cada tabela tem duas colunas de temperatura, que desempenham fun\u00e7\u00f5es completamente diferentes. N\u00e3o s\u00e3o intercambi\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:102\"><strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:103\">O que \u00e9 o controlo da temperatura de fus\u00e3o?<\/strong>\u00a0Determina a viscosidade do pol\u00edmero fundido, o que influencia diretamente a capacidade do pl\u00e1stico de preencher paredes finas e detalhes delicados antes de solidificar. Uma viscosidade demasiado elevada provoca inje\u00e7\u00f5es incompletas e marcas de fluxo; uma viscosidade demasiado baixa pode levar \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de rebarbas e \u00e0 degrada\u00e7\u00e3o do material.<\/p>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:104\"><strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:105\">O que \u00e9 o controlo da temperatura do molde?<\/strong>\u00a0Este par\u00e2metro determina a velocidade de arrefecimento, que, por sua vez, influencia o brilho da superf\u00edcie, a tens\u00e3o residual interna e a estabilidade dimensional. Temperaturas mais elevadas do molde melhoram a qualidade da superf\u00edcie, mas prolongam o tempo de ciclo; temperaturas mais baixas do molde aceleram a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, mas aumentam a tens\u00e3o residual interna.<\/p>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:106\"><strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:107\">Onde \u00e9 que cada um est\u00e1 situado?<\/strong>\u00a0A temperatura de fus\u00e3o \u00e9 alcan\u00e7ada atrav\u00e9s do aquecimento das zonas do cilindro, da velocidade de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do parafuso e da contrapress\u00e3o. A temperatura do molde \u00e9 controlada por um regulador de temperatura do molde e pelos circuitos de arrefecimento\/aquecimento no interior do molde.<\/p>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:108\">O erro mais comum na linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tratar a temperatura do molde como se fosse a temperatura da massa fundida \u2014 e depois questionar-se por que raz\u00e3o os valores parecem t\u00e3o baixos. Os dois par\u00e2metros condicionam-se mutuamente, mas n\u00e3o podem substituir-se um ao outro. Ao ler o gr\u00e1fico, ambas as colunas s\u00e3o importantes. No entanto, do ponto de vista da sele\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais, a temperatura do material fundido \u00e9 a principal preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o: uma temperatura mais baixa significa um tempo de arrefecimento mais curto e menor risco de degrada\u00e7\u00e3o do material; uma temperatura mais elevada significa melhor fluidez em sec\u00e7\u00f5es finas. A raz\u00e3o f\u00edsica \u00e9 que a maior parte da energia necess\u00e1ria para derreter o pl\u00e1stico prov\u00e9m de\u00a0<strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:132\">calor de cisalhamento gerado pela rota\u00e7\u00e3o do parafuso e pela contrapress\u00e3o<\/strong>\u2014n\u00e3o prov\u00eam das faixas de aquecimento. Consequentemente, o valor de refer\u00eancia apresentado no painel e a temperatura real da massa fundida est\u00e3o relacionados, mas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o iguais.<\/p>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:133\">Em termos simples: a temperatura de fus\u00e3o indica se o percurso do processo est\u00e1 correto; a leitura da m\u00e1quina indica se o equipamento est\u00e1 a funcionar conforme o esperado. Quando os dois valores divergem, isso significa normalmente que a m\u00e1quina est\u00e1 a executar as suas configura\u00e7\u00f5es com precis\u00e3o, mas que o estado real da fus\u00e3o j\u00e1 se desviou do valor alvo.<\/p>\n<h2 data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:134\">5. O que altera o seu intervalo de processamento efetivo<\/h2>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:135\">As tabelas acima descrevem o\u00a0<strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:136\">fam\u00edlia de materiais<\/strong>, mas o teu desenho especifica um\u00a0<strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:137\">grau espec\u00edfico<\/strong>. Entre a fam\u00edlia e a nota existem v\u00e1rias camadas de modifica\u00e7\u00e3o, cada uma das quais pode alterar a janela.<\/p>\n<ul data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:138\">\n<li data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:139\"><strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:140\">Fibra de vidro ou cargas minerais:<\/strong>\u00a0Normalmente, ao aumentar a temperatura da massa fundida, a temperatura do molde tamb\u00e9m tem de aumentar.<\/li>\n<li data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:141\"><strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:142\">Retardadores de chama, modificadores de impacto, estabilizadores UV e outros aditivos:<\/strong>\u00a0Altere os intervalos de temperatura tanto da massa fundida como do molde; a dire\u00e7\u00e3o depende do sistema de aditivos espec\u00edfico.<\/li>\n<li data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:143\"><strong data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:144\">O mesmo material, fornecedor diferente:<\/strong>\u00a0Mesmo que o nome do material indicado na embalagem seja id\u00eantico, diferentes fabricantes utilizam formula\u00e7\u00f5es de qualidade diferentes, o que resulta em janelas de processamento distintas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:145\">Isto n\u00e3o significa que a tabela n\u00e3o tenha valor. Significa apenas que a tabela n\u00e3o consegue identificar o seu tipo espec\u00edfico de material. A abordagem mais econ\u00f3mica consiste em consultar o guia de processamento constante da Ficha T\u00e9cnica (TDS) do tipo de material antes de cortar o molde \u2014 e n\u00e3o em tentar resolver problemas repetidamente depois de a m\u00e1quina j\u00e1 estar a funcionar.<\/p>\n<h2 data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:146\">6. Substitui\u00e7\u00f5es comuns de materiais: em que \u00e9 que os Windows diferem<\/h2>\n<p data-inspector-id=\"html:ede64a98:147\">Os materiais que parecem semelhantes nem sempre s\u00e3o diretamente intercambi\u00e1veis.
