A moldagem m\u00e9dica de precis\u00e3o exige frequentemente um Cpk \u2265 1,67.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Registo autom\u00e1tico de dados:<\/strong>\u00a0Os par\u00e2metros de cada ciclo (press\u00e3o m\u00e1xima, tempo de enchimento, posi\u00e7\u00e3o do parafuso) s\u00e3o registados. Se for detetada uma pe\u00e7a n\u00e3o conforme, os dados permitem identificar exatamente em que ciclo foi produzida.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Se um fabricante de pe\u00e7as moldadas n\u00e3o puder fornecer dados hist\u00f3ricos de SPC, \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que esteja a basear-se na inspe\u00e7\u00e3o no final da linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, em vez de no controlo do processo.<\/p>\n<h3>Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es que exigem moldagem de precis\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Que setores exigem um\u00a0<strong>empresa de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o de precis\u00e3o<\/strong>?
