Les outils d'emballage n\u00e9cessitent des mat\u00e9riaux, des strat\u00e9gies de refroidissement et des syst\u00e8mes d'\u00e9jection sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9l\u00e9ments de conception essentiels d'un moule d'emballage haute performance<\/h3>\n<h4>1. Syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 canaux chauds dot\u00e9s de la technologie des buses rapides<\/h4>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Pour toute\u00a0<strong>moule d'emballage<\/strong>, le circuit de distribution \u00e0 chaud est le c\u0153ur du syst\u00e8me. Contrairement aux circuits de distribution \u00e0 froid qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent du gaspillage de mati\u00e8re, les circuits de distribution \u00e0 chaud de pointe acheminent le plastique fondu directement vers chaque cavit\u00e9, sans aucun gaspillage au niveau des canaux d'injection.
