C'est un outil qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 trois exigences qui se recoupent :<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux :<\/strong>\u00a0Chaque pi\u00e8ce d'acier, rev\u00eatement et \u00e9l\u00e9ment de fixation doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d'un certificat de conformit\u00e9 (COC) avec des num\u00e9ros de lot.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Nettoyabilit\u00e9 :<\/strong>\u00a0Le moule doit \u00eatre con\u00e7u pour pouvoir \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9mont\u00e9, nettoy\u00e9 et st\u00e9rilis\u00e9 sans dommage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>L'\u00e9tat de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la validation :<\/strong>\u00a0Le moule doit prendre en charge les protocoles IQ (qualification de l'installation), OQ (qualification op\u00e9rationnelle) et PQ (qualification des performances).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Un moule commercial standard peut co\u00fbter $20 000. La prime permet de payer la documentation, les finitions de surface et les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion.<\/p>\n<h3>Cadre r\u00e9glementaire pour les moules m\u00e9dicaux<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Il est essentiel de comprendre la r\u00e9glementation avant de sp\u00e9cifier un\u00a0<strong>moule en plastique de qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dicale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>ISO 13485:2016 (Syst\u00e8mes de gestion de la qualit\u00e9 pour les dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux)<\/strong><br \/>\nIl s'agit de la norme mondiale pour la fabrication de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux. La contamination par la silicone se transmet aux pi\u00e8ces, puis aux patients, et peut entra\u00eener des faux n\u00e9gatifs dans les tests de diagnostic. Votre mouliste doit certifier un \u201cpolissage sans silicone\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Moulage en salle blanche et conception de moules<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">La plupart des moulages m\u00e9dicaux sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans des salles blanches de classe ISO 8 (classe 100 000). A\u00a0<strong>moule en plastique de qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dicale<\/strong>\u00a0n'est pr\u00eat qu'\u00e0 l'issue d'un protocole de validation formel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>IQ (qualification de l'installation)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">V\u00e9rifier les dimensions du moule par rapport au fichier CAO.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Confirmer que tous les circuits de refroidissement circulent aux d\u00e9bits sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Documenter les num\u00e9ros de s\u00e9rie de chaque composant rempla\u00e7able.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Certifier que le moule a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux approuv\u00e9s et tra\u00e7ables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>OQ (qualification op\u00e9rationnelle)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Faire fonctionner le moule dans la fen\u00eatre de traitement pr\u00e9vue (temp\u00e9rature de fusion, vitesse d'injection, pression de maintien).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Identifier les param\u00e8tres du \u201ccycle d'or\u201d qui produisent des pi\u00e8ces conformes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Tester les conditions les plus d\u00e9favorables (temp\u00e9ratures les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et les plus basses du moule).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Documenter les valeurs CpK pour toutes les dimensions critiques (minimum 1,33 requis).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>PQ (Performance Qualification)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Effectuer un lot statistiquement significatif (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 300 \u00e0 1 000 tirs cons\u00e9cutifs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Inspecter les pi\u00e8ces au d\u00e9but, au milieu et \u00e0 la fin de la course.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">V\u00e9rifier qu'il n'y a pas de d\u00e9rive dimensionnelle, de bavures ou de d\u00e9fauts de surface.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Documenter que le moule peut fonctionner \u00e0 des taux de production pendant des quarts de travail complets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mat\u00e9riaux de moulage m\u00e9dicaux courants<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Les\u00a0<strong>moule en plastique de qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dicale<\/strong>\u00a0doit \u00eatre compatible avec les polym\u00e8res sp\u00e9cifiques utilis\u00e9s dans les soins de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Produits jetables \u00e0 haut volume (seringues, tubes \u00e0 essai, kits IV)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Polypropyl\u00e8ne (PP) - Le moule n\u00e9cessite une cavitation \u00e9lev\u00e9e (16, 32, 64 cavit\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (PE) - Similaire au PP mais avec un retrait diff\u00e9rent (2,5%).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Polystyr\u00e8ne (PS) - Fragile mais transparent.
